Description
Appointed directly by the client as principal electrical contractor, Wren Electrical delivered the complete electrical installation for a new 16-bedroom HMO across three floors. The scope included new metering and sub-mains, an MCCB panel board and multiple distribution boards, a Category L1 addressable fire alarm system, MVHR wiring, and a roof-mounted solar PV installation.
